  I'd say it's your average No Frills, and that's fine by me. Small store, great prices, checkout staff is usually friendly. A bit of a limited selection because it's small, but great for getting essentials.

  Allowed 4 items on a sake item. I picked up 4 for my home. I do groceries for an individual with M.S so they can't do there groceries. I took my groceries to my car went back to get groceries for the other individual and the girl at the till said how many more times are you going to come back".I wasn't impressed with her attitude. Totally uncalled for. Like its not affecting her paycheck! Big attitude. I'm just trying to help a disabled person. Totally unprofessional!

  Always a good place to get your groceries. Fruit/veggies are always fresh. Everything is stocked and always have everything I need.

  No Frills is cheap and easy to shop at!! The employees working there are nice & courteous. There is a restroom available for both men & Women as well as a change area for mothers with young children/newborns. I will continue to shop there

  Don't be fooled. They have good prices on produce and canned foods, but that's about it. Meats, frozen foods, and fridge foods you can often find cheaper elsewhere, with more selection. They have a really nice selection of fruits and vegetables. But boxes of 100% apple juice for children's lunch is not even worth looking at. Walmart has pack of 8 for $2. No Frills is pack of 4 for $2.5. And their cheap juice is just filled with chemicals and preservatives not 100%. So just the produce is okay (even though it's all GMO).
