  Just needed to stay overnight. Motel conveniently located for access to Sarnia & highway. The room was very clean & comfortable with wi-fi, big screen tv, coffee maker,, microwave. Bathroom immaculate

  Lovely restaurant next door. Staff friendly & request for extra pillows cheerfully provided. Suited our needs well at a terrific price.

  Nice and clean place, but it a little old. The staff is very pleasant. The building would benefit from some renovations. No hair dryer, no coffee maker.

  I have stayed at this place multiple times over 7 years and never had that bad of an experience until yesterday (Saturday November 28 2015) when I noticed that I had forgotten my $200 pair of Hunter boots at this establishment. I called as soon as I noticed and was told by the women that answered the phone that they are not responsible for anything I left behind. So I said you have to be kidding me those boots are crazy expensive and I know I left them there, please check the room again. She told me to call back in 15 minutes and she would check again. So I did and she said rudely I can argue with her as much as I want to over them being there, but the hotel is not responsible and to stop calling. I asked for the owners phone number and that is when everything went down hill... She put the manager on the phone and I have never in my life been spoken to in such a manor. I was told to F OFF, CALLED EVERY RUDE NAME IMAGINABLE, TOLD TO SUCK HIS ...., KISS HIS BROWN ... OH AND HE ALSO CALLED ME A RACIST NAME. I have never been treated like that in my entire life. And to top it off I could hear children in the background when he was speaking to me like that, It is absolutely appalling that someone would use that kind of language around children.

  Also the room I was staying in this time had no heat, black mold around the toilet and the back window kept falling out, very unsafe in my opinion.
