    I purchased a pair of men's casual boots 3 weeks before Xmas . a month later on polishing same noticed a separation on the upper and the sole , returned them to the store went to the cashiers counter explained the situation to supervisor,didn't have my receipt with me and saying to myself, a big long winded confrontation here, quite the contrary,very polite and accommodating which you rarely get now a days explained to me we don,t have item in stock but would have me a pair of new boots within 3 to 4 days I said no problem .that was on Tuesday.on Wednesday at exactly the same time 24 hrs. later UPS delivered a brand new pair of boots delivered to my door. couldn't believe it .My hats off to you people.I will be back to buy more footwear and I have told this good service to anyone I meet.Tony Doyle Sarnia Ont.
